Terms of service

1. Who can use Rerun

You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you need a parent or guardian's permission, and some features, such as trading and public fan spaces, aren't available to you. You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account.

2. What Rerun is

Rerun is a game of skill and fandom for entertainment. Points, badges, streaks, cosmetics, cards and any in-app currency have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money, and aren't your property; we grant you a limited license to use them in Rerun. We may change, rebalance or retire game features.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post (chat messages, profile photo, question suggestions). You give us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and adapt it to run and promote Rerun. If we use a question you suggested, we may edit it. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.

4. Rules

Follow our community guidelines. In particular, don't harass other players, post spoilers outside spoiler-safe spaces, cheat, use bots or automation, exploit bugs, or try to access accounts or data that aren't yours. We can remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

5. Purchases

Premium subscriptions and other purchases are handled by Google Play or the App Store and follow their billing and refund rules. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your store account settings. Prices may change with notice. Cards cannot be bought directly with money.

6. Shows, names and data

Rerun is not affiliated with or endorsed by any show, network, studio, streaming service or cast member. Show names and related information are used to identify the shows people are playing along with. Show data and images come from TMDB, and streaming availability from JustWatch via TMDB; see credits. Questions and answers are written for fun and may contain mistakes. If you think content infringes your rights, see our copyright and takedown policy.

7. Beta

During the beta, features may be incomplete, change or disappear, and your progress may occasionally be reset. Beta builds are provided as is.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time (Profile → Delete account, or this form). We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or put other players at risk.

9. Disclaimers and limits

Rerun is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Rerun isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

10. Disputes

If you have a problem, contact us first at support@playrerun.app and we'll try to fix it. [Governing law and dispute terms to be set by counsel.]

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Rerun after that means you accept the new terms.
